Work Description
Distant mountains rise in layered greens; nearby waters shimmer with mist. On the inner wall of a snuff bottle, traditional cun brushstrokes depict towering peaks shrouded in clouds and winding streams cascading down—a vivid landscape painting full of life and spirit.
Artist Statement
Landscape is the soul of Chinese painting. Creating the vastness of mountains and rivers within a small frame honors and carries forward the spirit of traditional literati art.
