Work Description
Inspired by Guilin's landscape, this vessel depicts the unique peaks and scenic waters of the Li River. Lush bamboo groves frame light fishing rafts drifting on emerald waters, with Karst mountains mirrored below in a scene as picturesque as a painting.
Artist Statement
Guilin's landscape is unsurpassed. To depict the beauty of the Li River in internal painting, artists use varying ink densities to convey the layers and spatial depth of mountains and water.
