Work Description
Depicting the majestic and perilous Qutang Gorge within the teapot, inspired by the Yangtze Three Gorges. "Apes' cries echo endlessly across both banks; a light boat has already passed through ten thousand mountains." Deep gorges, surging waters, and awe-inspiring grandeur unfold before the eye.
Artist Statement
The Three Gorges are nature's greatest masterpiece. Depicting their grandeur in miniature art requires condensing the vast power of a thousand miles of rivers and mountains into a single square inch.
